
Mushrooms in Wine
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Mushrooms in wine are quite simple and quick to prepare. You won't need anything special. The ingredients we use are: mushrooms, onion, cream, butter, and white wine. The appetizer will turn out exquisite if you cook everything correctly—as indicated in the recipe. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, pat dry with a paper towel, and slice into thin slices.

Dice the yellow onion into small cubes.

Pour oil into a sauté pan. Heat it, then add the mushrooms. Sauté for about 2–3 minutes, stirring.

Then add the onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cream and wine to the mushrooms. Sauté everything over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the wine has evaporated. Then slightly reduce the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes or so.

Serve the mushrooms in wine either cold or hot.
