Mushrooms in a multicooker
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Since button mushrooms are quite affordable and always available, I usually cook these. Typically, I prepare button mushrooms in my Polaris multicooker at home as follows: first, I stew them for 40 minutes, then add sour cream and onion, and cook for another 20–30 minutes so that excess moisture evaporates and the sour cream thickens. Overall, with this simple recipe for button mushrooms in a Polaris multicooker, we end up with a very tasty dish that can be served with meat or your favorite side dish. 1) First, we need to clean the mushrooms from dirt and then rinse them under running water. If the mushrooms are too large, cut them into smaller pieces. 2) Place the mushrooms into the multicooker bowl, close the lid, and set the "Stewing" mode for 40 minutes. While the mushrooms are cooking, chop the onion. 3) Once the stewing cycle is complete, add the onion and sour cream to the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix everything well. Then select the "Baking" mode, set the timer for 30 minutes, and continue cooking the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until excess liquid has evaporated. Our delicious, aromatic mushrooms are ready—time to gather the family at the table. Enjoy your meal! Serve hot.
