Mushrooms with pork in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This pork with a "coat" of mushrooms, sour cream, and onions turns out very tender and aromatic. Since the dish is cooked in foil, the meat stays soft and braises well. However, remove the foil 10 minutes before it's done, so the cheese has time to form an appetizing golden crust. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

First of all, you need to clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Slice the onion in the same way and fry it together with the mushrooms in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Wash the meat and dry it. Cut it into not too large pieces and place them into a baking dish lightly greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Mix mushrooms and onions with sour cream and chopped parsley. Spread this mixture over the pieces of meat. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Step 4

Place the dish in the oven, covered with foil, for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the foil 5-10 minutes before it's done. Serve with your favorite side dish.
