Stuffed Mushrooms
Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. I'll explain in more detail below. Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the mushrooms and pat them dry. If the mushrooms are clean enough, you can simply wipe them with a damp cloth.
- 3
Step 3

Carefully, so as not to damage the caps, separate the stems.
- 4
Step 4

Place the caps in a deep bowl, add salt, ground black pepper, and all-purpose seasoning. Pour in vegetable oil.
- 5
Step 5

Mix gently so the spices are evenly distributed over the caps.
- 6
Step 6

Place the mushroom caps in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes, then turn them over. Bake for another 15–20 minutes until the mushrooms are golden and almost all the liquid released by the mushrooms has evaporated.
- 7
Step 7

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Dice the mushroom stems and yellow onion into small cubes.
- 8
Step 8

Fry the chicken legs with onion in a skillet until the liquid evaporates and they are lightly golden brown. Then let cool.
- 9
Step 9

Combine the fried drumsticks, finely chopped herbs, minced garlic, and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10
Step 10

Let the prepared mushroom caps cool.
- 11
Step 11

Then fill the caps with the filling. It’s easier to do this with a piping bag, but you can also use a spoon.
- 12
Step 12

Stuffed mushrooms are ready, enjoy your meal!
