The recipe won't take much time. You can serve these mushrooms with any side dishes. Or you can serve them as an appetizer for a holiday table. It's important to serve the mushrooms right after cooking, while the cheese is still stretchy. Note: They can be served warm or chilled.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Choose large button mushrooms. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and carefully clean the caps.

    Transfer the mushrooms to a parchment-lined pan.

    Cut the cherry tomatoes into small slices and place them on the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste.
