Mushrooms on skewers
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Since mushrooms go well with onions, you can make kebabs with them. To do this, peel the onion and cut it into thick rings. You can marinate the onion together with the mushrooms, or simply sprinkle them with vinegar, then thread onto skewers, alternating with mushrooms. These mushrooms are delicious served with boiled potatoes or lavash. And if you've also grilled meat kebabs, the mushrooms will complement them perfectly. Serve hot.

Step 1

Peel the garlic cloves. Finely chop them. To save time, you can press the garlic through a garlic press. Rinse the dill thoroughly and dry it, then chop finely. Mix both ingredients together.

Step 2

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and clean them. There's no need to slice them, as they will be baked whole. Therefore, choose mushrooms that aren't too large. Place the mushrooms on a plate and sprinkle them with dill and garlic.

Step 3

Now, to make the marinade, add oil, soy sauce, and pepper to the mushrooms. Mix well. The mushrooms need to marinate for only 30 minutes, but during this time, periodically stir them in the marinade. After 30 minutes, thread the mushrooms onto skewers.

Step 4

On a charcoal grill, mushrooms on skewers need to be grilled for about 30–40 minutes. During this time, turn the skewers several times so the mushrooms cook evenly on all sides. Periodically pour the remaining marinade from the plate over the mushrooms.
