Prepare all the ingredients. Large button mushrooms are ideal for stuffing. You can use any cheese; the main thing is that it melts well.

Wash the mushrooms, separate the stems, chop them, and sauté in vegetable oil.

Fry-roasted nuts: chop them finely. You can chop them with a knife or use a rolling pin.

Combine the chopped nuts with the sautéed mushroom stems.
