Shakshuka with Fennel
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Despite the mysterious name, the dish is quite simple. Vegetables, plenty of tomato sauce, and eggs—that's what we'll make. This version, of course, also works for breakfast, though it takes about 40–45 minutes to prepare. The flavor turns out surprisingly rich, and the appearance is incredibly appetizing. It's worth trying. Can be served warm or chilled.
