Shakshuka (Israeli breakfast)

Description

The recipe won't take much time. This hearty and quite original breakfast will delight you with its simplicity, as frying vegetables and cooking scrambled eggs is truly very easy! You can adjust the ingredients to your taste—for example, mushrooms are optional (though they make the dish more filling). Shakshuka is typically served with bread or toast and is usually a non-meat dish. I recommend preparing a larger portion right away, as it turns out incredibly delicious. Serve hot.
