First, prepare the dough for the light sponge cake. To do this, crack 3 eggs into a bowl and add half of the sugar.

Beat this mixture with a mixer at maximum speed for 5-8 minutes until a fluffy foam forms.

Next, add half of the baking powder and sift in 100g of flour. Beat the batter for another approximately 30 seconds.

Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil. Pour the batter into it. Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the dark dough. Mix all the same ingredients as for the light cake layer, but also add cocoa.

Bake the dark cake layer in a greased pan at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let both layers cool. You can bake them simultaneously.

Cut the cake layers into three parts along the diameter. Then arrange them in a checkerboard pattern.

Work on the cream. To do this, beat the soft butter at high speed using a mixer.

Add condensed milk to it. Beat the cream well once again.

Spread all the cake layers with cream, stacking them on top of each other. Make two tiers of cake layers. Also spread the top layer of the sponge cake with cream.
