Homemade condensed milk
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Condensed milk is very easy to prepare—only milk, sugar, and butter are needed. By the way, instead of sugar, you can use powdered sugar to make homemade condensed milk. The texture turns out more uniform, and you won't have to worry as much about the sugar burning during cooking. I use homemade cow's milk. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

In a deep saucepan (preferably a sauté pan), mix all the ingredients, place the pan over heat, and bring the contents to a boil.
- 2
Step 2

Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Then, once it starts boiling, increase the heat. Cook for 10 minutes. The milk will foam—don't be alarmed. Make sure it doesn't burn, so keep stirring.

Step 3

After 10 minutes of boiling, remove the condensed milk from heat, let it cool, and then transfer it to another bowl.
- 4
Step 4

At first, the condensed milk may seem liquid, but it will thicken as it cools.

Step 5

The condensed milk acquires a pleasant golden color. You can serve it with anything you like.
