Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Farm-fresh chicken eggs work best. Boil them in advance and cool in cold water.

Step 2

Peel the shells off the boiled chicken eggs and rinse them in water. Grate them on a grater into a deep bowl. Add cottage cheese of any fat content to the same bowl. Rinse the dill, chop it, and add it to the bowl, reserving one sprig for garnish. Add salt and spoon in mayonnaise of any fat content. Gently mix the egg salad.

Step 3

Cut the bread slices diagonally to make triangles. Spread egg salad on them, putting about 1.5 tbsp of egg mixture on each bread triangle.

Step 4

Rinse the bell pepper under water, remove the seeds, and cut it into small cubes or strips, as you prefer. Place it on the egg layer. You can use tomato instead of pepper.

Step 5

Cover with a second slice of bread on top and in the same way make the remaining sandwiches. Garnish them with slices of pickled cucumber and dill. Serve.
