Honey Sandwiches
Description
It's suitable both for holidays and for everyday meals. You can use any bread for the sandwiches; I prefer to make them with toast bread or a baguette. For the hard cheese, choose one that melts well at high temperatures. Grapes in autumn or strawberries in spring and summer make the ideal accompaniment to these sandwiches. Serve the appetizer at the table.
