
Sandwiches with Bean Puree and Chicken
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Sandwiches are very tasty and convenient. When you need a quick but filling snack, we make a sandwich. They’re easy to take to work or school. Sandwiches are made with all kinds of fillings, but I want to tell you, The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.

Rinse the chicken fillets under water and pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut each fillet in half and sprinkle with a mixture of salt, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, and pepper.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs with salt. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and finely chopped pistachios; in a third bowl, add the flour.

Coat each piece of chicken in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs with pistachios. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil and brushed with vegetable oil.

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake the fillet for 15 minutes. After 7–8 minutes, turn the fillet over to the other side.

Peel the avocado, remove the skin and pit, and put the flesh into the blender bowl. Puree it.

Then in a small bowl, mix the avocado purée, sour cream, and lemon juice.

In a skillet with vegetable oil, sauté finely chopped onion. Then add the beans and minced garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes, stirring.

Puree the ready-made beans. Cut the buns in half and spread bean puree on the bottom half of each.

Then place the chicken fillet, tomatoes, and cucumbers, sliced into rounds. Generously spread sauce on the second half of the bun.

Then assemble the two halves of the buns. Bean puree and chicken sandwiches are ready!
