Sandwiches with bell pepper
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. Making sandwiches with bell pepper takes a little time and minimal effort, especially if you use homemade green mayonnaise (I have already described its recipe here). Choose thick-walled bell peppers for the sandwich so that you get a tasty, juicy flesh. Use olive oil to coat the top and bottom layers of the sandwich so that a golden crust forms during frying. If you do not have a special sandwich press, use a regular frying pan — just press the bell pepper sandwiches down with something heavy from above. The cheese should melt. Good luck and the appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
