
Summer Sandwiches
Description
From a simple set of ingredients, you can make a very impressive appetizer! Use any lightly salted red fish you like. These sandwiches are good not only for a holiday table, but also to take outdoors. They will be especially tasty

Prepare all necessary ingredients.

Trim the crusts off the toast. You can use them to make croutons.

Using a mandoline, slice the cucumbers into thin rounds. Cut away from yourself.

Finely chop the fish and onion, dress with lemon juice and mayonnaise. Season with pepper to taste and mix well.

Spread all the toasts on one side with cream cheese, and place cucumber slices on top of the cheese.

With a sharp knife, trim off the excess cucumber "tails".

Place one toast cucumber-side down, spread with the fish filling, and cover with the second toast on top.
