Chicken and Pear Sandwich
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. If you don't count the time for cooking the chicken, the sandwiches come together very quickly. You can replace the chicken with any boiled meat or, for example, leave it out entirely. I've tried both options, but I liked it better with chicken—it complements the pear beautifully and the flavor is completely different. Trust me, it turns out delicious, because plenty of juicy vegetables and the pear make the sandwich moist and appetizing. Let's get started. Can be served warm or chilled.
