Sandwich with Fried Sausage and Chips

Description
To make sandwiches, you can use chips with any flavor; they work especially well with some kind of spicy addition. It is best to buy ridged chips—they stay crunchy longer in finished sandwiches. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Place two slices of bread on a cutting board and spread one side of each with mustard and mayonnaise.

On one, place a slice of cheese; on the other, sausage.

Next, place a layer of chips on the sausage.

Cover the sausage and chips with a slice of cheese bread.

Lightly brush the grill pan with vegetable oil and fry the sandwiches on it until crisp.
