
Barbecue Pork Sandwich

1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients for the pork in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture over the entire surface of the pork. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2. Place the pork in a pan and bake in the oven for 6 hours. When the pork is ready, transfer it to a serving dish and let it rest for 10 minutes. Cut the pork into very small pieces.

3. While the pork is cooling, prepare the barbecue sauce. To do this, combine apple cider vinegar, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add minced garlic and reduce the heat to the minimum.

4. Place the sliced pork in a large bowl and pour half of the barbecue sauce over it. Repeat if necessary until the pork is evenly coated with sauce.

5. Place the pieces of pork on a bun of your choice and serve as sandwiches.
