Senbei
Description
Senbei crackers come together very quickly, but keep in mind that when kneading the dough, you should add the water in small amounts. The dough should be soft, pliable, and pleasant to the touch. You can also make Senbei savory: for that, replace the icing sugar with the same amount of sesame or flax seeds. Get creative. They go well with tea or coffee.
