
Baked Salmon in the Oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish can confidently be called a light and quick option for lunch or dinner. You can marinate the fish in advance, but if you're in a hurry, 20 minutes in the marinade will be enough. The tender fillet literally melts in your mouth, and the glaze from the marinade will complement not only the main dish when serving, but also the side dish, for example. Serve hot.

1. First, prepare the fish: wash, dry, and cut the fillet into pieces.

2. To prepare the sauce, combine the minced garlic and ginger with soy sauce and honey. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

3. Place the fish in the marinade. Put it in the refrigerator and let it marinate for 20 minutes to 4 hours.

4. Place the pieces of fish on a baking sheet and put into the preheated oven. Bake for about 15 minutes to avoid overcooking the salmon.
