Salmon in creamy sauce baked in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Instead of salmon, you can use any other fish (not necessarily red). The special feature of this dish is that the fish pieces are completely submerged in the creamy sauce while baking. Baked fish turns out to be much healthier than pan-fried, and tastier than steamed or boiled. Serve hot.
