Salmon in Lavash
Description
We prepared different lavash wraps with fillings, and this recipe is no exception. Salmon in lavash is an excellent appetizer for both a lunch and even a festive table. The combination of salmon, lettuce, and cream cheese with garlic sauce can rightfully be considered ideal. I recommend trying it and sharing your impressions. And the appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. Here are the main ingredients we will need to prepare this wonderful appetizer: lavash, lightly salted salmon, green lettuce, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic.
- 2
Step 2

2. It is better to use rectangular lavash rather than oval, as it is better suited for rolls. Spread the sheet with cream cheese.
- 3
Step 3

3. Lay out green lettuce leaves or “Iceberg” lettuce, distributing them over the entire surface of the lavash.
- 4
Step 4

4. Arrange pieces of thinly sliced salmon on top. I use ready-made pre-sliced lightly salted salmon.
- 5
Step 5

5. Cover the top with another lavash.
- 6
Step 6

6. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and garlic.
- 7
Step 7

7. Spread the resulting sauce over the second lavash and roll it up, pressing the lavash tightly against the surface.
- 8
Step 8

8. Wrap our roll in plastic wrap, then place it in the refrigerator for one hour.
- 9
Step 9

9. Then take the roll out of the refrigerator and cut it into small pieces. Arrange them on a platter and serve. Our salmon in lavash is ready!
