
Salmon in a cauldron

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I'm sharing with you an absolutely amazing recipe. Salmon cooked in a cauldron (kazan) is a dietary and lean dish. The salmon turns out tender, juicy, and aromatic thanks to the unique marinade. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 1
Rinse the fish thoroughly and clean it, don't forget to remove the scales. Cut the salmon into steaks of equal thickness.

Let's prepare the marinade. Squeeze the juice from the citrus fruits. Finely chop the bunch of dill and parsley, add minced garlic, 2 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of pepper. Mix everything together, pour the marinade over the fish, and refrigerate for 40 minutes.

While the salmon is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Cut zucchini and pepper into julienne strips, halve the tomatoes, slice onion into half-rings, finely chop parsley, and press the garlic.

In a heated cauldron with oil, sauté garlic and onion until the onion becomes translucent, then add the remaining vegetables to the cauldron and fry for 5 minutes.

Take out the already marinated salmon steaks and add them to the vegetables, cover with a lid and simmer until cooked.
