
Salmon in garlic sauce
Description
An unusual way to prepare salmon – with garlic sauce. I love to surprise and treat not only my family but also guests with this dish. This recipe is perfect for a festive table as well.

1. I decided to prepare fish with a side dish and chose pasta. Boil them until half-cooked, add seasoning, and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly.

2. Cut the salmon into small pieces. Add butter to a saucepan. I chose a small non-stick Teflon-coated saucepan.

3. Sear the fish over low heat until it turns pink. Salmon takes about ten minutes on average. Gradually pour in the cream and increase the heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer the fish until the sauce has completely evaporated.

4. Now it's time to add the seasoning and simmer for about five more minutes. Finely chop the herbs, add garlic and butter, mix everything well, cover with a lid and let it steep.

5. After that, pour the hot pasta with the sauce and place the fish on top. If desired, you can sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
