
Salmon with asparagus in foil
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This recipe works perfectly for both oven and grill. It's best not to seal the packets tightly so that the fish can get slightly browned. In addition to the traditional salt and pepper, you can use garlic and a bit of paprika, but avoid overdoing it with spices—the dish is excellent even without them! I recommend preparing individual portions for easier serving. The finished dish can now be served.

1. Wash and dry the asparagus, then trim the ends. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and place each portion onto a piece of foil. Drizzle lightly with oil.

2. Place pieces of fish on top. Season with salt to taste and add spices. Lightly drizzle with olive oil.

3. Gather the edges of the foil to form a pouch. You can seal it completely or just halfway. Bake on the grill or in the oven at 230 degrees for about 15 minutes.
