Salmon with sauce
Description
This classic salmon recipe with sauce, in my opinion, doesn't need a complex blend of spices and flavors at all. That's why I don't add anything to the sauce except salt. And I rub the fish itself only with pepper and sea salt. The result is very tasty, and nothing overpowers the flavor of the salmon.

Step 1

1. Thaw the fillet, rinse and pat dry. Rub with spices. I recommend freshly ground black pepper and sea salt. Place in a baking dish, put two slices of lemon on top, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10–20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the piece).

Step 2

2. For the sauce, squeeze as much juice as possible from the remaining lemon. You will also need the zest of half a lemon. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk to these ingredients and mix well. Finally, add chopped dill and spices to taste.

Step 3

3. Serve the fish, generously drizzled with sauce.
