Salmon with creamy sauce baked in the oven
Description
Decided not to reinvent the wheel and baked the fish in foil in pieces with sauce, especially since I was really afraid of ruining such an expensive and delicious product. A fail-safe way to prepare this fish is with a creamy sauce, which enhances the delicate and tender flavor of the salmon.
