Herring in foil in the oven

Description

Who would have thought that baked herring could turn out not only delicious but also twice as healthy as the usual salted kind. For baking herring in foil in the oven, I used fresh herring. Pay special attention to the spices—particularly coriander and thyme. You can sprinkle the finished dish with lemon juice.
