Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. I recommend using this recipe as your base—there’s plenty of room to experiment! You can replace the herring with any fish, and the carrot with, for example, peas or corn! Give it a try. Serve the appetizer at the table.

    1. Cover the gelatin with water and let it bloom.
