Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Steaming herring in a multicooker is very easy. The fish turns out not only healthy but also very tasty and aromatic. This dish can be served on its own or with any side dish, such as boiled potatoes, rice, glass noodles, buckwheat, or any pasta. Quick, budget-friendly, and simple to prepare. Give it a try.     Rinse the herring under water, cut off the head, tail, and fins. Remove the innards and peel off the skin. Rinse the herring once again and cut it into portion-sized pieces.

    Crumble the bay leaf by hand and add it to the fish.

    Pour the herring with lemon juice and soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. You can add any favorite spices to taste.

Use a toothpick to make several small holes in the bottom. Activate the "Steam" program and cook the fish for 20 minutes. After the signal, let the herring rest for another 15 minutes under the lid.
