Roast lamb saddle in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can cook the saddle whole with aromatic herbs, cheese, mushrooms, or garlic, or cut it into pieces. The lamb can be baked or pan-fried, whichever you prefer. A well-balanced combination of aromatic spices will make the meat incredibly tasty, and the proper temperature control will keep it juicy. Serve hot.
