Soft buns made from yeast dough
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Keep in mind: these ingredients yield about 40 buns, which need to be baked in two batches. Of course, this is a lot for an average family. But you can always proportionally reduce the amount of all ingredients to get the desired quantity of baked goods. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, mix a glass of warm water with the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar. Wait until the yeast activates and starts to foam.
- 2
Step 2

Separately mix a glass of warm water, oil, and the remaining sugar, salt. Wait until the sugar dissolves.
- 3
Step 3

I knead the dough in a food processor. Combine the two prepared liquids and gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, mixing as you go.
- 4
Step 4

When enough flour has been added, the dough will begin to pull away from the sides of the bowl during kneading. Then pour a little vegetable oil over the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise (about 2 hours).
- 5
Step 5

When the dough has doubled in size, take it out onto a floured surface and gently knead it.
- 6
Step 6

Divide the dough into equal portions, grease the baking pan with vegetable oil, and start shaping the buns, placing them into the pan.
- 7
Step 7

Cover the pan with plastic wrap and let the buns rise for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 8
Step 8

Bake the buns for about 30 minutes. If desired, brush them with butter afterward.
