Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. I'd like to note that spices are a matter of personal taste—you can add only those you prefer. In my opinion, lemon juice is essential; otherwise, the drink turns out too sweet. It's healthy, natural, and delicious! Why not treat yourself and your loved ones to some sbiten? Serve chilled.

Put the water in a saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil. Peel the ginger and grate it.

Place in a saucepan.

Add the spices. After bringing to a boil again, cook covered for about 15 minutes, then remove from heat and let steep for another 15–20 minutes.

Strain the ready-made sbiten and add lemon juice to taste.
