Carp baked in the oven in pieces
Description
This recipe won't take much time. As a big fish lover, I'm always ready to cook it anywhere, anytime—there's nothing I can do about it, I just love it! So today I'm sharing another simple recipe for baking carp in the oven in pieces. It's a very quick, easy, and straightforward recipe, perfect when you don't have much time to cook but feel hungry. Let's get started! 1. First, clean the fish from scales and innards. Rinse thoroughly and cut into portion-sized pieces. 2. Season each piece with salt and sprinkle with your favorite spice mix. Place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, peel and wash the onion, then slice it into half-rings. 4. Add mayonnaise to the onion and mix well. 5. Take a baking tray and place a sheet of foil on it. Spread the mayonnaise-mixed onion evenly over the foil. 6. Take the fish out of the fridge and place the pieces on top of the onion layer. Cover with another sheet of foil. 7. Put into a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) and bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, take the fish out, remove the top layer of foil, brush lightly with mayonnaise, and return to the oven for another 10–15 minutes. Ready! Serve hot.
