
Carp stuffed with caviar and breadcrumbs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. A large female carp with roe is best suited for cooking this dish. The stuffing will include breadcrumbs, aromatic herbs, and roe. The finished dish can be served at the table.

1. Take a large carp. Remove the scales and gut the fish. Make cross-shaped cuts with a sharp knife. Rub the fish all over with sea salt and fish spices. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, greasing the paper with oil just in case. Place the fish onto the tray.

2. Remove the membrane from the fish roe, peel the onion and cut it into large cubes. Mix everything in a bowl, add breadcrumbs, pepper, salt, and dill. Mix again thoroughly.

3. Stuff the fish with the resulting mixture. Coat the fish body with thick sour cream. Peel the potatoes, slice them into rounds, and place them next to the fish.

4. Slice the tomatoes into rounds and place them on top of the fish. Thick sour cream will prevent the tomatoes from falling off. Spread the remaining sour cream over the potatoes and tomatoes. Place in a preheated oven and bake until done.
