Salmon Sashimi
Description
Choose colorful fresh fish for preparing the dish, cutting the skin off a piece of salmon and completely removing the bones. When serving, it is advisable to add a little wasabi, as with this type of heat treatment the fish remains half raw. Serve the appetizer to the table.
