Description

Once I was lucky enough to buy two kilograms of fresh sardines. But I had no idea what to do with them. I read a bunch of recipes and decided that the most reliable option for the first time would be fried sardines in batter. I cooked them—and indeed, they turned out very tasty. Give it a try; you'll definitely like it ;)
