
Sausages in a multicooker
Description

You can set the required time, close the lid, and the appliance will do the rest on its own. This device is useful not only because it saves your time. With the multicooker, you will cook delicious and healthy meals, as you'll avoid frying in oil. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Let's start with the side dish. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut into cubes. We'll be making mashed potatoes in a multicooker. Place the potatoes into the multicooker, pour in water, and add salt.

Place the potatoes to cook for 20 minutes in "Steam" mode. Meanwhile, let's prepare the sausages. Peel off their skins and cut each sausage in half lengthwise. We'll end up with 4 halves.

Now let's prepare the tomatoes. You can slice them any way you like: wedges, slices, etc. I prefer to peel them first, but this is not necessary. Place the tomatoes on top of the sausages. Cover with slices of cheese and sprinkle with herbs.

Place the sausages on the grill rack of the multicooker, where they will be steamed. Position them on the second level above the potatoes, close the lid, and leave for 10 minutes. After this time, remove the potatoes and drain the water. Mash them with milk and butter.
