The simplest hummus
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Hummus is a great option for an easy appetizer, but today I'll share with you a rather unconventional recipe for making it. You can make this kind of hummus if you have a little leftover lentils after lunch or dinner, since lentils are the main ingredient of this dish. I advise you to roast the garlic before cooking, as it will lend more aroma and flavor to the finished dish.

Step 1

1. First, sauté several cloves of garlic in olive oil. Cook for literally 1–2 minutes so the garlic doesn’t become too bitter and simply releases its aroma.

Step 2

2. Next, use a blender to puree the lentils, then add lemon juice, salt, paprika, olive oil, and garlic. Blend everything together again until well combined.
