The most delicate apple pie
Description
Homemade baking for tea. You can make the most delicate apple pie for a family tea party or for the arrival of guests. I highly recommend apple pastry lovers to try it! Minimal dough, a large amount of delicate fragrant filling, and a layer of airy soufflé—this pastry will win over any sweet tooth. My pan is 18 cm in diameter; for a larger pan, feel free to double the ingredients. #bestathome The bake is ready. Serve at the table.

Knead the dough, gather it into a ball and divide it into two unequal parts. The smaller part, put it in the freezer. The larger one, in the refrigerator.

Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until the liquid evaporates.

- 8
Step 8

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and spread it in a thin layer in a greased pan, forming high sides.
- 9
Step 9

Spread the apple filling on top and grate about half of the portion of dough from the freezer on a coarse grater.
