The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The set of ingredients remains the same, only the cooking process changes. These cutlets are much easier and quicker to prepare, and there's no need to specially remove the fillet. So, take a look—once ready, the dish can be served at the table.

1. Place the soft butter in a bowl. Add the minced garlic, finely chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the butter on plastic wrap and shape it into a log, then put it in the freezer while the chicken is cooking.

4. Cut each fillet in half lengthwise, then cover with plastic wrap and pound flat; season with salt and pepper. Remove the butter from the freezer and cut it into 4 pieces, placing one piece in the center of each fillet.

5. Shape the mixture into a pouch so that the filling stays inside and doesn't leak out during cooking.

6. In one bowl, beat the eggs; in another, place the breadcrumbs, and in the third, add the flour. First, coat the cutlet in flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs.

7. Heat a pan with a generous amount of vegetable oil, then fry each patty for 3-5 minutes on each side.
