
Samsa with greens
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For making herb samsa, use the following greens: green onion, parsley, basil, dill, and cilantro. You can also add anything else to taste. By the way, the dough itself is prepared as a fasting one. However, we'll use eggs in the filling. See the detailed recipe below. Serve with tea or coffee.

Place cold butter or margarine instead of it into the flour. Cut with a knife, mix thoroughly.

Then pour in the kefir and add salt.

Knead a stiff dough.

Sauté the onion in butter.

Beat the eggs and mix, then fry until cooked.

Then add the fried greens to the rest.

Divide the dough into portions, roll out into flatbreads, place the greens on them, and shape the samsa.

The samsa should be fairly large. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve the cooked samsa with herbs, brushed with oil.
