
Meat samosa from puff pastry
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. You can use any meat: chicken, beef, pork, etc. The dough can be made from scratch or store-bought. Various spices give the pastry a special piquant flavor. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Heat a pan with olive oil and add the potatoes, sauté for about 5-7 minutes.

Peel and chop the onion, peel the garlic and grate it finely, peel 1-2 centimeters of ginger root and grate it. Add the onion and the garlic-ginger mixture.

Place the minced meat, add frozen peas and all the spices, mix well. Cook for 15-20 minutes, then turn off the heat and remove the pan from the stove.
