Meat samosa from puff pastry

Description

The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. You can use any meat: chicken, beef, pork, etc. The dough can be made from scratch or store-bought. Various spices give the pastry a special piquant flavor. Serve samsa warm. It can be enjoyed with tea or served instead of bread with soups or main dishes. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Heat a pan with olive oil and add the potatoes, sauté for about 5-7 minutes.

    Peel and chop the onion, peel the garlic and grate it finely, peel 1-2 centimeters of ginger root and grate it. Add the onion and the garlic-ginger mixture.

    Place the minced meat, add frozen peas and all the spices, mix well. Cook for 15-20 minutes, then turn off the heat and remove the pan from the stove.
