1. Sift the flour with salt, then gradually add purified or boiled water. Next, add melted butter. Knead by hand into a firm but pliable dough.

2. In a bowl, mix the potatoes cut into pieces, chicken, and meat. Add the spices as well.

3. Roll the dough into a sausage, coil the sausage into a spiral, and cut it into pieces. Now roll each piece with a rolling pin to make flatbreads—they will have a circular pattern. Place filling on each flatbread. Pinch the edges closed.

4. That's it! Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, then reduce the heat to 150 degrees, and generously spray the baking sheet and the samsa with water. The result will be non-dry dough with a soft, delicious filling!
