Description

The recipe won't take much time. I decided to try making this pastry without meat, using only what I had in the kitchen. So I'll tell you. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Defrost the dough in advance at room temperature.

    Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut into small cubes.

    Wash the green onions, dry them, and finely chop. Add them to the potatoes. Season with spices and salt to taste.

    Finely chop the garlic, add it to the filling. Mix well.

    Divide the dough into squares, and roll each square into a flat sheet.

    Place the filling in the center. Fold the pastry by bringing the larger ends toward the center and folding in the others. Seal thoroughly so the filling doesn't leak out during baking.
