
Authentic Uzbek samsa

Peel and dice the onion. Mix it with the minced meat, salt, and pepper.

Also add cumin. Mix the filling well.

Roll out the dough into a very thin round sheet.

Melt the margarine with sunflower oil in a frying pan. Cool the mixture.

Grease the dough with butter, then roll it up into a log.
