
Round samosa
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Initially, I had 500 grams each of beef and pork, which I used for the filling. If you happen to have the opportunity to buy lamb, I recommend using it instead. Spices are also essential, as they give the filling its distinctive flavor. Happy cooking! The pastries are ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the meat: cut beef and pork into small pieces. Peel the onion.

Pour water into a deep container, add egg and flour. Also add olive oil and salt.

Thoroughly mix.

Knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Chop the onion. Mix it with the meat, adding cumin, salt, and pepper.

Divide the dough into small pieces.

Roll out each piece into a flatbread. Place the filling.

Gather the edges of the dough upward, as shown in the photo. Pinch the edges together.

Tuck the edges into the center to form a round samsa.

Dip each samsa in vegetable oil and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
