Classic samsa
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Classic samsa is a pastry made from flaky dough with various fillings: lamb, chicken, vegetables, pumpkin. Samsa can come in different shapes; in our country, triangular samsa is the most popular, but in its homeland, round samsa is more common. Today I will be preparing classic samsa—I suggest you do the same. Serve cooled down or slightly warm.
