Cheese-filled samosa made with puff pastry

Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can use puff pastry or filo dough (consisting of thin sheets). Samosas are baked in the oven or fried in a pan. To achieve a golden color, brush the samosas with egg yolk. Serve the pastries immediately after cooking or once cooled. Enjoy them cold or slightly warm.
